Appeal Court reserves judgment for Akwa Ibom governorship case

The Court of Appeal on Tuesday in Abuja reserved judgment in five pending appeals on the Akwa Ibom State governorship sit.

The state's governorship and assembly elections petition tribunal had cancelled elections in 18 local government areas.

The panel of five justices of the Court of Appeal headed by Justice Uwani Abba-Aji that heard the various appeals held that the judgments were reserved, adding that the judgment date would be communicated .
